Jabulani Tsambo, better known as Hip Hop Pantsula (HHP) is a South African rap artist who performs in multiple languages. HHP is a true example of a South African story that has hit the international circuit. HHP hails from Mafikeng, South Africa. HHP has managed to transcend the misconception of being an implausible way of making music to arguably the only way of self definition in South African Hip Hop. HHP's Break came in 1997 when he met with renowned producer Chicco Twala who produced HHP's debut album. HHP met singer and producer Isaac Methethwo who subsequently worked on HHP's second debut album. This album introduced a new vibrant and innovative genre. The album was recorded in different South African ethnic tongues like isiZulu, Setswana and Sesotho. Hip Hop Pantsula made his debut on the show on 4 April, 2008. HHP's hits include the smash hit O Mang, from the reloaded album Tswaka. Hip Hop Pantsula often uses the phrase "Maf-Town" in his music. This refers to his home town Mafikeng. HHP released his new album "Acceptance Speech" in December which features celebrities such as Danny K and others.

- Hip Hop Pantsula won the third season of the reality dance show "Strictly Come Dancing" in 2007
- Hip Hop Pantsula starred as himself in 11 episodes of the E TV musical soapie "Rhythm City" in 2008.
- In May 2009 Hip Hop Panstula was also featured on the 1st season of the South African version of the genealogy documentary series "Who Do You Think You Are?" on SABC2.
- Hip Hop Pantsula hosted the 13-episode SABC1 talk show "The Respect Show" with HHP in 2010.
- Hip Hop Pantsula also features on the latest SA Idols season 6, where he performed, and was one of the judges.
