Kristel is a professional solo violinist. Kristel can play the acoustic violin, electric violin and a custom-made tin-can electric violin. Kristel started playing the violin from the age of 6. Kristel has many other talents that she excels in such as; the piano, flute, singing and composes her own music, now that is a hardworking and talented woman, and her repertoire consists from classical to rock. Kristel has appeared on TV numerous times like, Egoli, e-TV's backstage, Top Billing wedding feature and the lead violin role in various Barnyard Theatre productions. Kristel has done many performances which include playing for the curtain raiser to the Lions vs. Lions Rugby Match and the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown. Kristel has achieved amazing goals over the years, she has released three albums; My Revolution, Burning Bridges and The Sea in Spring. Kristel's live DVD has been nominated for SAMA award in 2010. Kristel must be very proud as she has come so far and will still be making headlines, achieving extraordinary goals in the future to come.
